1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All Gondi Caboni orders are handled with meticulous attention to detail.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the following business day.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference and courier details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two distinct delivery services across the United Kingdom:

Please note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.

3. Statutory Delivery Deadline

In full compliance with UK consumer protection legislation, Gondi Caboni guarantees that all goods will be delivered to you without undue delay and within a maximum statutory limit of 30 calendar days from the date of contract formation, unless a specific extended timeline is explicitly agreed upon prior to purchase.

4. Transfer of Risk & Damage in Transit

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the responsibility and risk of loss, theft, or damage to your order remains entirely with Gondi Caboni until the items physically come into the possession of you or a third party nominated by you to accept delivery.

If your consignment arrives in a damaged state or is lost in transit, please inform our concierge service immediately at support@gondicaboni.store. We will replace or refund damaged goods promptly at no extra charge to you.

5. Delivery Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that all delivery addresses and contact information are entered accurately at checkout.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the assigned courier service will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
